Our Benefactors

The National Lottery provided a grant for the installation of solar panels and batteries, which were installed in early March of 2025. This will reduce the cost of heating the hall throughout the year and will also appreciably enhance the carbon footprint of the building.

Mick George Community Fund provided a grant to allow for a complete refurbishment of the electrical systems of the hall in 2024. This included a new circuit board, new energy efficient lighting & heaters throughout and a new water heater .

In 2024 Heidelberg Materials Cement provided funding for a comprehensive CCTV system, monitoring both the inside and the exterior of the hall.
