About

Tinwell Village Hall is a registered charity, no.525162. An overview of the charity and it’s accounts and trustees can be found on the charity commission website.

The village hall was opened in 1993, following fundraising by villagers and friends of the village. It is maintained by funds raised through the letting of the hall, grants and contributions of many local volunteers.

The running of the hall is overseen by the unpaid members of the hall management committee. 4 villagers are elected each year to the offices of Chairperson, Treasurer, Vice-Chair (Booking Secretary) and Secretary. An additional member is appointed from the Parochial Church Council and up to an additional 3 members can be appointed to assist with the running of the hall.
